I have had Dr. Pratt as my PCP for years. I have been to other area doctors in the past. None compared to the outstanding care I receive from Dr. Pratt and his entire staff in the Sheffield office. They as a team go above and beyond to take care my medical needs, return phone calls and MyChart messages, complete referrals, call in prescriptions, and answer all my questions in a timely manner. I trust the Sheffield group with my and my family's most serious health care.
Dr. Pratt is wonderful. Excellent bedside manners. He takes the time to listen and to explain and explore all possibilities. He is Genuine and cares about his patients. We have been with him for many years now and we cannot say how much we appreciate him and the support he has given us and our children. I would and have recommended him to many. Dr. Pratt is a caring physician who really listens to his patients. Unlike several other doctors we've known, he is humble and real!
He is kind, compassionate and absolutely the best practitioner in the area. I'd recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Pratt is by far the best doctor I have seen. He's very thorough, and does an excellent job of listening to everything you have to say. He cares about his patience and does his best to make you feel completely at ease when in his office. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great long-term family doctor.
We have been seeing Dr. Pratt for several years now. He is always very careful to listen to symptoms and look at all the possibilities. He also takes the time to really explain how the body works and what the diagnosis means. We have been to some Doctors that have been very disappointing. Dr. Pratt is great!
Dr. Pratt seems to be very highly qualified and after several years of being a patient of his, I would easily recommend him (and have) to anyone looking for a good family physician. He seems to know a lot about many things and keeps good records, which are always there on his laptop.
