Tim made what could have been a very stressful experience very pleasant. He was an outstanding communicator from the very beginning. I never had to wait long for reply when I reached out to him. Tim was also very knowledgeable and helped me understand all of my options while doing a great job of explaining everything. This was a big investment for me and I working with Tim throughout this process made me feel confident and at ease.
