Tim was incredibly profressional through the whole process and helped us effectively navigate a few snags that we didn't expect, like a delayed closing due to missingpaperwork from the sellers (nothing on his end). From the beginning he was approachable, friendly, straight forward and got us a great rate (we did a ton of research on what was available through various lenders). We recommend him to anyone that will listen :)

This was my second home purchase and I found myself thinking multiple times throughout our underwriting process that I was such a sucker for not going with an online lender the first time! Tim has been efficient and easy to work with from step 1 through post-closing. He answered all questions promptly and always offered to be reachable. From point 1, we knew what was required of us in order to close on time, and Tim assisted in every way to be sure we had everything in line. Our rate was as quoted; although we did provide accurate information on our credit upfront - which helps. ;o)
