Tim himself was knowledgeable, experienced and quick to respond to questions raised. A pleasant person to work with. \nHowever, the “Underwriter” made it difficult in every step of the loan process! Even after loan approval and just a few days before wire transfer, the underwriter whoever he or she is, was still asking for more documents for an already approved loan (!) which created a lot of unnecessary last minutes stress. \n\n
