I went in today with my only car key that had seen better days, to the point there was no button and I had to improvise with an Allen key to unlock the car. I went in and enquired about the cost and timeframe it would take to replace it. The extremely knowledgeable and professional member of staff quoted a very reasonable price and offered to do it whilst I shopped. 20 minutes later, he had it ready and waiting. What a joke of a service! Left boots to be re heeled for 3days. Can me back to collect on the arranged date to be told they’re not done as (quote) ‘I’m useless at it’ !! Seriously why are you working there then!?? Training needed desperately at this branch.. either that or a p45!
