Arrived at 15:44 on a Sunday and waved away through the window as ‘Closed’ by unfriendly employee called Hassan. He didn’t even ask what I wanted and claimed to be doing the banking. Closing time is 16:00 and I made the trip especially. Another annoyed customer was there with the same complaint. Waste of time.
I nipped in on my way past to see if they could cut me a spare key for my van. Within 15 minutes it was done - very quick, friendly and helpful service from Kevin, at a reasonable price. Thanks!
I went to the one at morrisons York road what a rip off he was wanted £25 to replace my wife watch .I went doncaster market young lady does watch repairs and battery replacement she changed me £3.00 and a guarantee. I will never use timpson again

Had a couple of keys cut today, as always he is courteous and professional. Also in the past he has repaired a broken handbag strap & added a couple of buckle holes on another bag. I'm very happy so far.
