Brilliant service I had my car key battery replaced
Had a car key cut 30th June, which upon making it home wouldn't come out the ignition I had to get my own auto locksmith out to retrieve this key , my ignition barrel has been damaged due to a incorrect key cut which the auto locksmith confirmed. At 30 weeks pregnant I have been without a running car for 2 weeks now whilst timpsons keep assuring me they want to help resolve this but yet are doing very little to do so. Took a watch in for a replacement pin in the strap the chap who seemed to be more interested in his phone conversation, quoted me a minimum charge of 55 pounds and it would have to be sent away. I then took it to freeman St market were the chap replaced the pin in around 2 minutes and charged me yes 2 pounds timpsons get your act together
Took in a 3 piece suit for cleaning after a glass of red wine was knocked over me, highlighted the sleeve area and lining with the stains . Collected suit 9 days later , only to find jacket had a large amount of white fluff on it , puckered in many places from what appeared to be a very hot iron , and a shiny mark again from pressing over the top of an inside button plus wine stained hadn't even been attempted to be removed . Grumpy left-handed manager said he might slip when using the right handed tool to replace my watch battery. No left handed tool on site, which is bizarre considering. Asked when a right handed member of staff would be in, he didn’t know. The manager had no idea who the staff member I saw two days ago was, who said it could be done fine. Miserable and rude. Went elsewhere.
