Helpful and friendly staff. Went above and beyond with customer service by delivering my driving licence to my home address after it had fallen out of my pocket in their shop. Thank you so much!
Tom has been great! Giving advice about shoe dye colouring and then putting a new heel & sole on my shoes. He takes his time with you & makes sure you walk out a happy customer. Well done and keep up the great work.
Very disappointed with leigh on sea branch. Staff member was very nice but £15 for a watch strap which was so hard and inflexible (cheap rubbish) and then another £15 for a battery in car keys! Overall felt ripped off and unable to keep watch strap as keeps turning. Would not use again!
I recently had a problem matching and cutting a garage key. Tom couldn't have been more friendly and helpful in sorting it out for me. Great customer service
It is very pricey to change watch batteries compared elsewhere.
