Great experience. Needed my belt adjusted, the shop worker Chris advised of the amount to shorten the belt and did it super fast to the perfect length. Chris was also very accommodating, great customer service. Will be going back if I need any further services they offer.
I went to the Timpsons Brentwood store and asked could I have 2 cm sole stuck onto the bottom of my sports shoe and I was advised that it could be done for £40 and to pick it up Monday. It took me 45 minutes to travel there and when I got there the sports shoe had not been touched. I would have understood that if I was told no it couldn’t be done when I took the sports shoe in I would have left with my shoe. I had the need to visit, in a single one week period I attempted to enter the shop 7 times. I succeeded 3 out of 7. Only 1 out of 7 did I not have to wait outside a locked door with a notice saying back at 3 or gone to the bank or some such weak excuse for not being open. Speaking with other waiting customers over this week I discovered this closed waiting is commonplace. When I asked about needing to pop out often was told between 2 and 3 is lunch. This is one of those exceptionally satisfying service. The gentleman is very polite, prompt, efficient and welcoming to all customers. I was never disappointed. I strongly recommend.
this guy, all he does is moan about buskers and chat up women, to the point you get ignored. and the opening times aren’t reliable either. EDIT: nice to know a) homeboy takes criticism well and b) timpsons look after their staff
