I paid to have studs replaced on a coat, they didn't bother to call me to tell me it was ready so I had to get in touch to see what was happening, when I went to collect it they hadn't even attempted to match them replacing them with studs half the size. I wore the coat anyway and a few months later one just came off when being undone. Awful in every regard.
Great customer service and honest work! Came in to repair 3 watches and turns out 2 were an easy fix so payed for the sending form and a spare battery and they threw in a spare! Great clear communication and quick service!
I called for help on my way to the airport as I had an issue with the lock on my case. I had the pleasure of speaking with Paul (branch 1193) who quickly became my hero! He was kind and incredibly generous as he had the correct key to unlock my case as combination was not working. I offered to pay him for the key and he said it was against company policy (even though it was his own property I was offering to pay for). Paul gave me to key incase I had an issue after my flight. Treated me as an idiot. I was told that my car key could be repaired last week bya different person. This week it can't be done. Not a good attitude
