I’ve popped into Timpson at Selly Oak Retail Park a couple of times now on a Saturday to get my watch adjusted. The gentleman there is always approachable, friendly, and polite, with a great sense of charisma. He gets the job done quickly but efficiently. I’d definitely recommend visiting this location if you’re in a rush and need something done promptly!
Big shout out of thanks to Paul for excellent customer service when I took a pair of shoes in for reheeling. He was really helpful when I took them in and went above and beyond when I was late to collect them too! The shoes look fabulous! Many thanks 🙂
Poor customer service. Went in today with two watches. One I needed a new battery and the other I just needed the dead battery removed as I didn’t want it to corrode. The person working there refused to take the battery out even though it would have taken 5 seconds. “We don’t offer that service”. Decided to take my business elsewhere.
Used the Selly Oak Timpsons last Monday as I urgently needed some keys cutting. The gentleman who served me was so helpful and friendly. He had my keys cut in less than 5 minutes and gave me one of them half price. Great value good quality service which is hard to find in this day and age. I will certainly be using Timpsons for all future key cuttings. The new keys are actually better quality than the ones given to me by my landlord. Excellent dry cleaning and help from the gentleman serving who made sure a dirty cost was well cleaned.
