I had my coat cleaned at the Ashby de la Zouch Timpsons, it had red wine spilt on it. I was very happy that the stain was removed with very prompt service. The store manager is friendly and efficient at his job.
Don't bother going here if you need to return something via Evri and need to print a label. The guy in the shop got angry when I asked about this and blamed all his problems on a broken printer or the labels or something to do with technology. He seemed to have no intention of fixing the problem.
Really helpful staff, had what I needed with really professional service in a really quick matter. On this time the staff member went above and beyond to get what I needed done. Would use there services again and highly recommend them to friends and family. Fully worth all five stars in this review.
Staff are grumpy Dropped off an Evri parcel, told "I've had to stop heeling this shoe because of this parcel, it's not my job"
I walked in from the street with a shoe which wouldn’t fasten and Neil fixed it on the spot with kindness and a smile 😊
