Went in today with two stopwatches, both of which I’ve had for years and are in relatively poor condition internally. Shane was not only able to change the batteries, but fixed them so that they’re now good as new. All done quickly and professionally. What a guy. Thank you Shane!
Really really rude customer service. The man working in the store didn’t even look up to acknowledge me when I walked in, he carried on with the work he was doing and when I greeted him, he didn’t even bother to reply with a hello back. I was querying a trainer repair- before I even got them out of the bag, he already told me he there was nothing he could do - which is fine as he clearly was not interested in helping me. Definitely will not be coming back for any other issues!
Came in to have a battery changed in my key fob. The bald guy in the store is incredibly rude, condescending and has a really poor attitude. Completely took me off guard. Then wanted £19.95 to change it too! Absolutely extortionate. Decided to go ahead as my battery was low so wanted to change it before it died. Well. Now my key fob no longer works!!
