Came in to have a battery changed in my key fob. The bald guy in the store is incredibly rude, condescending and has a really poor attitude. Completely took me off guard. Then wanted £19.95 to change it too! Absolutely extortionate. Decided to go ahead as my battery was low so wanted to change it before it died. Well. Now my key fob no longer works!! Visited to get a new key cut. Fast service, sadly customer service was lacking. Couldn't help but feel like I was an inconvenience.
I echo what others have said here about advice and shoe repairs. Darren was so helpful. As promised Darren, here's the before and after. These shoes have been rescued. No doubt I'll be in with another pair of shoes soon!

A guy named Shane was extremely rude and wasn’t bothered to help with a watch repair and told me to go to another Timsons as apparently he was too busy and he had other repairs to complete, this shows the carelessness and very poor customer service, will not be coming back here ever again! Avoid at all costs.
