A horrible customer service experience. I brought a pair of brown leather shoes in to be resole with rubber. There was no one manning the front desk and I was left waiting five minutes to be served. When someone did appear there was no smile, no welcome or hello. I mentioned that I would like to have my leather shoes resoled with rubber. He took one look at the shoes and said "sorry, it can't be done. These are hollow and they are split here. Some shoes can't be resoled." Went in today with two stopwatches, both of which I’ve had for years and are in relatively poor condition internally. Shane was not only able to change the batteries, but fixed them so that they’re now good as new. All done quickly and professionally. What a guy. Thank you Shane!

Really really rude customer service. The man working in the store didn’t even look up to acknowledge me when I walked in, he carried on with the work he was doing and when I greeted him, he didn’t even bother to reply with a hello back. I was querying a trainer repair- before I even got them out of the bag, he already told me he there was nothing he could do - which is fine as he clearly was not interested in helping me. Definitely will not be coming back for any other issues!
