I went to the branch at Tesco’s in Potters Bar first where they informed me they could not make the key that I needed. They suggested their branch Waltham Cross. I arrived at the branch at 15:25 just to be told that there wasn’t enough time to make the key as they closed at 16:00. He said it would take about 30 minutes to make the key! I was served by a lovely man Dean who couldn’t have been more helpful! This was the Brookfield farm Tesco extra branch!! He was so so great and made my day!!

Disgusting customer service from this branch. I approach counter at 17:39. I asked for key cutting service. I was informed by the employee working that they were now closed for the day. I questioned the opening and closing hours which clearly stated 09:00 - 18:00. The employee then tells me well I have to close down and do my end of day paperwork now. I recently visited to have some keys cut for a padlock and they were cut incorrectly, however when I re entered a member of staff by the name of Charlie went over and above to fix the keys for me quickly and efficiently. She even stayed past her working hours so that I could collect the keys at a time that suited me best. She was bubbly and friendly and a truly wonderful member of staff. Would highly recommend

Poor quality finish left on my £335 shoes. Gaps in between new sole and rushed even though I left the shoes for 24hours as requested. Not a happy customer. Do not visit this store if you want a good quality job and your shoes polished to a reasonable standard as a minimum. £25 for: Gaps in between new soles and shoe Shoes not polished well Conclusion: damaged £335 shoes. Rushed poor job. Not happy!! Do not recommend this place. Stay away!
