I visited for a shoe repair and was served by a chap called Daniel. He was very knowledgeable and friendly; the service was outstanding. Collection was not delayed and the repairs were exactly as advertised. Highly recommend to anyone looking for honest advice and excellent service, 5 stars.

Came to Timpson at Fulbourn Tesco this morning to fix my key. I had a key cut here 2 weeks ago. It could insert into the hole but it was quite hard to turn. Yesterday for the first time I tried from the other side of the door and it was very hard to turn. The chap at Timpson was extremely helpful, polite and kind. He fixed the key quickly, and gave me two more keys free of charge, and apologised for the inconvenience I had experienced! Came into Timpsons in Fulbourn tesco at around 6pm when it was about to close. So grateful that Jed stayed after his shift to help me with the problem I was having. Gave great customer service and helped me fix what no one else could.
I took a car key that was difficult to use...the push button not working....perhaps just the battery, it had lost its hold in the key block and I had taped it in place.....Ian worked hard to strip down a broken key block...carrying out test on all parts. This was awkward as the key was old and other engineers had refused to work with the key.
