Work is good but cheaters. They told me £4.95 but charged £12.95 (3 times). When I went back and asked them. They said that they told £12.95. I didn’t argue. I decided not to do any business with them or recommend to anyone. Be careful if you are going there.
Had 3 Chubb keys cut on 9April . I was not satisfied. Came back on 11 April. A calm, competent, helpful assistant called Kyle dealt with the matter in a professional manner.
Not sure why the dude behind the counter decided to tell me after cutting the keys that he didn’t have the usual silver ones, instead I’m a 30 year old man walking around with a bunch of strange keys fit for a kid… very disappointing by Timpson who I’ve been going to for years. £18 down the drain.
Received a 5* experience on a couple of occasions thanks to Steve. A few locksmiths had issues cutting the new Anglian Window keys (Yale) but wasn’t a problem for Steve. Highly recommended.
Great service and a quick turn around replacing my watch battery in literally 10 mins. Cheers to Charles fir great service
