Not sure why the dude behind the counter decided to tell me after cutting the keys that he didn’t have the usual silver ones, instead I’m a 30 year old man walking around with a bunch of strange keys fit for a kid… very disappointing by Timpson who I’ve been going to for years. £18 down the drain.

Received a 5* experience on a couple of occasions thanks to Steve. A few locksmiths had issues cutting the new Anglian Window keys (Yale) but wasn’t a problem for Steve. Highly recommended.

Chap at the counter either completely unqualified at his job or just doesn’t want business. I needed a key copied in a longer length than the original and was told in a matter of seconds that it wasn’t possible because ‘this type of key only has one blank’ …whatever that means. I went to James shoe care on the high street and the job was done in five minutes.
