I visited this store on Monday 21st March. I required my boot to be glued together. The assistant explained that she would do this for me FREE. I just had to leave it with her for about 20 minutes. Did a superb job and had exceptional customer service from the young lady. Highly recommended. I would like to say a big thank you for such a nice experience. I'm a very happy customer. 😊

Went in to get some padlocks for suitcases for holiday. Lady sold us 2 (over £8.50). Asked how to set up the code after paying, to which she replied 'dunno'. Asked how we change the code and she didn't know saying that the boxes (that have the instructions) get thrown out. After asking for a refund and leaving the store, she muttered under her breath something rude. I've used this store before on many occasions with no complaints. Popped in today to get new battery in watch, guy was very polite, place was immaculate, looked like he took a real pride in his place/work. Not only did he replace battery, checked all functions were working, set to correct time/date and even moved bezel to correct position. Good fella.
