Fantastic service, every time! I got some spare keys cut a while ago, but they didn’t quite fit right. I just didn’t have time to go back and couldn’t find the receipt. Not a problem at all! Ruben not only tried to make my spake keys fit better, he also cut me a set from a different brand, in case the recut ones still didn’t fit. And yay! They all work. I never go anywhere else, all staff at every location are happy to go the extra mile to give the best service they can

I walked in and went straight to the staff member. He didn’t look up and continued to laugh on his phone. After a minute or so I said hello. He looked up and looked back at his phone and said one second. I walked off. You may need to retrain this employee on customer service. Date visited - Saturday 29th august

I had an excellent experience at Queensmere Timpson in Slough, thanks to Farhan. He is professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. His attention to detail and skill made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. It’s always a pleasure to be served by such a talented and customer-focused employee. Timpson is lucky to have him, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future services. Highly recommend!

Harjit in the Slough branch (668) was brilliant! Super friendly, so helpful and sorted my watch out perfectly! A big shout out to his above and beyond attitude and putting excellent customer service first! Thank you!

Very good and it was fast to take pics for my driving. 4 for 12 pounds.
