I went to the 5188 store and had a wonderful experience. Mark was super helpful and super friendly! He went above and beyond to help me find the keys i needed and even though he couldnt supply me the keys I needed he was knowledgeable of how id go about getting them. Mark promoted so much of the company and he clearly loves his job & the company! Thank you, Mark, for all of your help

Mark is so incredibly helpful and obliging. There was a problem with processing my photos and I thought I would have to go into Guildford town centre which would have caused a great deal of aggravation and stress. However I was assured it would be sorted - and it was. A gem of a shop and Mark is a super hero!

Mark at the Tesco branch in Guildford was absolutely superb. I needed some school shoes repairing for my daughter, and despite being very busy with other orders, Mark repaired these for me on the same day. Great quality repair, super friendly and professional service
