I have only used Timpsons a couple of times, once to have my shoes re-soled (Royston High Street) and dry cleaning a suit (Royston at Tesco). The shoes had to be re-soled again, as they weren't done correctly, although they did this without an additional charge. The suit was a different story. The trousers came back damaged, and so were sent back for another clean. Unfortunately, this didn't resolve the damage, so they were sent off to the technical team to complete a report.
