The worst watch battery replacement service I ever had. As the result of it all 4 screws are damaged. Back panel is not tight as screws are loose. It has been paid as for the premium service with a lifetime warranty. UPD: Have contacted customer support. The feedback came a week later. Was offered to send my watch for screw replacement. Thank you, but I don't trust you anymore.

Very poor service. I went here to get a key cut for my motorbike. A simple key with no transponder or electronics. It's just a simple, straightforward key. I was told it would cost me £33. I asked why it was so expensive and was told that I was because it was a 'motorbike' key. I said I would go elsewhere. No effort or attempt to justify this cost was made, so I just walked away. The Gentleman couldn't have been more helpful. Very Knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing to my watch which takes 4 batteries. I also had 3 door keys cut and I also bought a walking stick for my wife. Well done Timpsons for employing great people.

Can I just say what fabulous service I have had on all three occasions at the New Milton Tescos “Timpson.” Paul has gone to great lengths to make sure all my shoes were restored to their original condition, even reconstructing the heals on both my shoes and colour blending it so you couldn’t even see the repair. Paul did two excellent repairs on my watches, replacing batteries, matching the straps and making them look like new again. In summary, go and see Paul and he can sort it all 😃
