I just wanted to add this review as recently experienced dealing with Lee in the Pontypridd Shop with an unusual repair. I have a favourite skirt which is Faux Leather and it has a split up the front which was damaged from getting out of the car. Lee fixed it for me so well and reinforced it so fingers crossed it won't happen again. Thank you again Lee very pleased👍
Excellent work on a complete re-sole and re-hell of leather boot. Customer service from Pontypridd Branch, Taff Street also Excellent.. a credit to Timpson
I've only given one star as Its not possible to leave a zero. Told first key cut is £10 and £5 for next 3, went to local ironmongers Joshua's in Treforest and was charged £10 for all 4 keys there. On Timpsons website it says £5.10 for keycuting, so looks like man in shop is trying to make some extra money.
Called in to the Pontypridd branch earlier get my watch fixed , the guy who served me was really helpful, he knew his job and friendly with it. Thank you.
