Came in 15 mins before closing as needed a duplicate key. Young guy working there was lovely. Super helpful cut my key for me on the spot. Fab customer service really helpful would recommend.

The wee guy that works behind the counter at the Blantyre Timpsons is useless. First time I went in he said he couldn’t replicate a key and said I had to go into the main branch in Glasgow. That wasn’t true, I went to the Morrisons one in Hamilton and got it done the same day. Second time I went in he said I couldn’t get my watch links taken out because they close in 40 minutes… How long does it take to remove a link? Arrived 1 hour 15 minutes before closing to ask if my own pre bought dog tag could be engraved. Employee said no as he didn’t have time although he was doing nothing when I arrived! Very disappointed as I had to travel further as my local Timpson engraving machine had broken (I told the employee this but it was still a no!)
Great customer service on Hogmanay, would recommend.
