Used this store today and had the absolute best customer care from a beautiful lady called Fae. It was the anniversary of the passing of my dear mum and Fae took this into consideration and gave me and my grandson fabulous customer care. Definitely go to Fae again.

My car key fell apart Mali could put humpty dumby together again. it had stopped working by the button, he took it apart a bit of soldering hey presto it's back working this oldie is very impressed a credit to you Mr Timpson
Wasn't happy with the service here today, I've been previously and had my van key fob replaced without any issues. Went today no joy, just wanted outer case. Got referred to another but in previous experience that would be a waste of time.
Very helpful and friendly assistant. He helped me with my watch strap and then made exhaustive inquiries about cutting spare keys for a new type of secure lock.
