I was on way to a wedding and had a bit of a shoe malfunction. The man working in the Timpson's Yeovil (at Tesco) was compassionate, understanding and very helpful. If expertly repaired my shoe in a very short time and adviced me of after care which allowed me to have a fabulously enjoyable wedding. Thank you!

Came to chard Tesco area to get a some keys cut. Derek was amazing. Fast and efficient. Really helpful with all questions that I had and he was so friendly! HIGHLY recommend to anyone.

Derek was an absolute legend - really friendly, calm, helpful - and he solved my issue within an hour. I needed new ankle straps for my wedges, I'd bought some from Amazon but they were far too long and didn't have the right fastenings. Derek shortened them, sowed on some elastic, made new holes, added the correct fastenings - and an hour later, I could wear them again, just in time for a big party the next evening! Thank you so much Derek - so grateful for your super service.

Visited shop on 25th. Wanted few keys cut . The manager seemed not interested in the job and his abrupt manners and comments left me uncomfortable. Won't be coming back again !
