I am writing to share my experience that has just happened in the last 10 minutes. Absolutely disgusted by your staff and quite frankly I would never use timpson again. I walked into Tesco timpson to get a key cut for work. I was on the phone to my husband and the guy behind the counter was working on a bag. 3 minutes went by and he hasn’t even acknowledged I’m there. I said sorry are you serving ? Just had my dying car key battery replaced by Nick in the Orpington shop this afternoon, he was very friendly and was able to replace the battery straightaway - no waiting! I appreciate the convenience of Timpson's as I didn't have to drive out to the dealership. Worth a bit extra for the convenience and ease. Thanks Nick!

If you like being spoken down to and treated like you can’t afford their services then by all means go there. I was spoken to like an idiot for thinking they could easily replace the soles and heels of my leather boots.
