I Had 1 car key battery replaced and another inspected, it was 4.55pm and I could see the guy through the window hoovering the shop floor (which is about 2 foot square) and I hadn’t had a good experience here previously so I wasn’t expecting miracles. Rude with an attitude like I was disturbing his morning. Had the same attitude to the earlier customer. Over priced, better places. Last time I'll ever use Simpsons. Better local places in the area like Bee Safe.

Had two keys cut bloke never told me it was three for two the keys did not work so had to return next day. He then cleaned them and tried to cut them again I explained I lived in Stalham so it was a trip for me and he laughed and said try them now. I got home to find they did not work again. So I returned yesterday he said it must be my lock has worn and would not take the new keys. I had a zip go on one of my riding boots I took it in to get it repaired and they said it would be £45 pounds just to replace one zipper I don't know if this is standard but I personally thought it was to much for a zipper.

Excellent service. He fixed my Suzuki key fob very quickly and saved me loads cos a new Suzuki one is nearly £185. Brilliant, thank you.
