Guy was absolutely miserable! And Unhelpful. Got a new battery for the watch. Which didnt solve me problem. Spoke to the bloke. Saying the seconds hand isn't moving on the watch. So he pulls the stem out and twists. Look its moves....... you're moving the hour and minute hands. 🤦♀️. Then insists the stopwatch part of the watch is the seconds hand and its working properly........ He doesn't have a single glue what hes doing!
Rude with an attitude like I was disturbing his morning. Had the same attitude to the earlier customer. Over priced, better places. Last time I'll ever use Simpsons. Better local places in the area like Bee Safe.
I had a zip go on one of my riding boots I took it in to get it repaired and they said it would be £45 pounds just to replace one zipper I don't know if this is standard but I personally thought it was to much for a zipper.
What a miserable man serving yesterday - The door had a sign be back soon when I went to the shop at around 11am. The man came back confirming that he did not want to be there to the first customer waiting. I wanted a new watch battery and another for a well known irish manufacturer crystal clock. When I went back 30 minutes later there was a grunt that the Crystal clock could not be repaired !! Please employ people that have enthusiastic personalities for this job as I am reluctant to ever return to your store in Great Ya... read more
Needs ZERO ☆s. £12 to have a key cut, that wasn't even cut properly, so it's useless. Now got to pay more for another key! I'M CERTAINLY NOT COMING BACK HERE!!
