I could have given 0 if I could. Three days ago, I had a key cut for spare keys, and the staff was incredibly careless, rude, and inefficient. He told me he was going to the lunch break and would cut the keys in two minutes as if he was helping me for free of charge. He did that, but none of the keys worked. I paid for six keys, and none of them worked. I had to drive back again to return them, which wasted my time. Was served by Cameron. Gosh he was so, so well presented. He was wearing a shirt and tie! What a treat!! He was so charming and efficient. He replaced my watch battery and replaced a watch strap. What an asset to Timpson. Treasure him!

Cameron at the Tesco Winnal store was really helpful today. He helped me sort an issue with my car key battery, had to try a few things but all working now. Great service, very friendly!

What a lovely man - excellent customer service from Jack. He was just stepping out for lunch when I came running at him, hood up from the rain, and opened all back up again (putting his apron on), to help rectify a small key cutting mistake made another Timpsons. Outstanding service with a friendly smile, how refreshing!
