I could have given 0 if I could. Three days ago, I had a key cut for spare keys, and the staff was incredibly careless, rude, and inefficient. He told me he was going to the lunch break and would cut the keys in two minutes as if he was helping me for free of charge. He did that, but none of the keys worked. I paid for six keys, and none of them worked. I had to drive back again to return them, which wasted my time. I needed a spare key for a Citroen C4 and called the Timpsons branch at Tesco's, Winchester. From my brief conversation with the employee, Mihai I was informed of the cost, key cutting time and the requirement for the C4 to be present. Today, Mihai provided me with an excellent customer experience. I also watched him interact with two other customers and noticed he was both courteous and efficient during those interactions. A guy who looked half asleep took about 7 seconds to charge me £10 for a basic door key that doesn't work. Rubbish!

I took in a pair of clogs where one had a brass pin missing. The staff member supplied a new pin and fitted it for me straight away and would not accept payment. Such kindness that will not be forgotten. Thankyou.

I have nothing but praise. Watch battery changed and watch fully cleaned and with friendly and helpful people. Top marks, I'm happy. Forgot to say, the blue sparkling one on March 21st....the guy there went over and beyond.
