I came into Timpson today on the off chance they’d be able to help with my shoes. They’re an expensive pair of Louboutins that I’d honestly walked into the ground, and I was worried they wouldn’t be an easy fix. One of the metal heel pins was completely jammed inside, so I was sceptical that they could be repaired at all or in time for my event for tomorrow. Joe was amazing!
