Went there at 4.25 today. Barely got the door open when I got Not Today in a horrible manner. I thought it was a joke. I close in 30 minutes he said. What a shocking attitude he had. I was actually shocked and just walked off. Went to Timpsons at Kingsgate and was met with a lovely guy who cut 3 keys in under 5 minutes. Shocking arrogance. Will never be back there
I put my watch into timsons about 3 months ago and am still waiting to see when I will get it back as they have no idear were it is,.Timsons the one in Hamilton i would like to have some one in that shop to have good people skills as the person i spoke to was very aragant, am still waiting for a phone call to let me know what their doing about my watch.
Johnathan ( I’m not convinced I’m spelling this right) provided really good service and good chat. Would 100% go back to him again!
I work for a Letting Agency nearby so we use this branch on a regular basis for our properties and Davie is always so helpful & friendly, I wouldn’t want to use anyone else, never had any problems
I’ve used the Timpsons on Quarry street Hamilton a number of times and always to fabulous effect . Popped in yesterday to get a job done and Davie / helpful as ever - was able to fix my issue in minutes all whilst having a friendly chat too . He’s a credit to the store and the Timpsons ethos and I hope those who monitor these kind of things appreciate the value Davie brings to their store
