E17 'stow Mall: good & bad. Cypriot Greek guy was once charming & cost effective for repairing a left boot, then was twice a bit dismissive, not customer-focused and the right boot repair cost x3 what it had been a year before!!! +slow at delivering! Other guy, David good biker size bearded guy was nicer, service +/- cost-effective for 1key cutting (£10) but did not do it completely (see photo)! ...forcing me to come back to get it right😕ofc after that, it worked. Have used this shop for a number of years and always find the team friendly and helpful. One staff member brought my watch back to life for me recently when I thought it was broken, and kindly fixed the strap; I have also used their key cutting service and found the quality to be good. Thank you.
Waited while a new battery was fitted to my watch. Staff was very pleasant and efficient, all done in 10 minutes. I would recommend getting the lifetime battery warranty, but only if you keep the warranty card safe. I've had mine for 10 years now and have had several battery replacements during that time. Update 31/12/25: Had another battery fitted while I waited. Barry completed the job in less than 5 minutes. Had a really enjoyable conversation with him during that time.
