Waited while a new battery was fitted to my watch. Staff was very pleasant and efficient, all done in 10 minutes. I would recommend getting the lifetime battery warranty, but only if you keep the warranty card safe. I've had mine for 10 years now and have had several battery replacements during that time.
Have used this shop for a number of years and always find the team friendly and helpful. One staff member brought my watch back to life for me recently when I thought it was broken, and kindly fixed the strap; I have also used their key cutting service and found the quality to be good. Thank you.
Went in to get some heels repaired. The man said he could fix the sole coming undone and change the elastic holding the buckles. When i went to pick them up another person told me that was absolutely ridiculous how could they change the elastic without measuring as if it was my mistake. I then had to ask multiple times for the new price without 1 of the 2 repairs as he deemed that full price fair for fixing the sole coming undone. Call to ask about some shoe repairs and the guy was quite rude. He asked me to come in so I made the Journey to come in and show him the shoes. He was extremely rude from the get Go and quite disrespectful. He made me feel like I’m stupid, Because I thought the insoles of my shoes were peeling out And wanted them to be fixed. Apparently, they were supposed to be like that, but I know that they were stuck down before. Either way, he was very rude and did not help me so i left.
