Bav did a fantastic job engraving the back of a watch. Quite a complex request done with care and skill - Bav took time to check my opinion at every step which was much appreciated because it was a high risk one-way job, no room for mistakes! Thanks very much Bav.
Lee at the Royston store is absolutely "Fantastic"! Nothing is too much trouble for him he is an absolute asset to the Company. Not open as advertised. I have driven to this store twice in the past week and both times it has been shut when it was advertised to be open. Once at 1.15pm and the second at 12.15. Quite understandable that the store shuts for lunch if only one member of staff working, but make this an advertised and consistent time.
Stuart is a very nice guy. He cut a few motorcycle keys for me but due to the original being snapped, they didn't quite work, so he didn't charge me for them. Will definitely go back if I need any of their services in future.
