Lee at the Royston store is absolutely "Fantastic"! Nothing is too much trouble for him he is an absolute asset to the Company. I cannot commend him more for his polite nature and the helpful manner in which he goes about assisting customers like me. Well done Lee, and thank-you for all your help and advice.

Not open as advertised. I have driven to this store twice in the past week and both times it has been shut when it was advertised to be open. Once at 1.15pm and the second at 12.15. Quite understandable that the store shuts for lunch if only one member of staff working, but make this an advertised and consistent time.
Stuart is a very nice guy. He cut a few motorcycle keys for me but due to the original being snapped, they didn't quite work, so he didn't charge me for them. Will definitely go back if I need any of their services in future.
Friendly service but this is the 2nd time timpsons have given me a ready date on the ticket and items are not ready on that date , both times have proved to be a nuisance as I really needed the items on the day(reheeled shoes for sons return to school and dry cleaned trousers to take on holiday). You really need to sort your timings , I want to support timpsons but proving hard
