Michael kindly cut out & glued in 2 x foam insoles into my mum's slippy leather sandals as she suffers from bad feet at 80. Did an amazing job, he was so friendly, helpful & happy (in this heat tooa!) Thank you Michael from my heart Suzy (from Brill. Bucks)
