I and my wife had passport photos taken here trusting that we are using an approved service and our photos will be accepted. First of all, the email with the code didn't arrive. I had to call more than 10 times before someone picked up the phone next day. Finally I got the passport photo codes after the phone call. One of the codes didn't work. I have had keys cut, shoes, jewellery and watches repaired. They are fast, professional and all at a great price. Harry in particular really knows his stuff, especially with watches. Would highly recommend.

Super friendly staff. Key has snapped and was quickly sorted out. Works better than the old one. Does not stick.

Misleading advertising on web blurb re phone repairs.They can arrange for phone repairs, 2 to 3 weeks quoted, but nothing on premises or 'while you shop'. Good for locks and shoes. Courteous, helpful.

This shop offers shoe repairs, key cutting and engraving and is well equipped with modern machinery. I went there to have three keys cut - they were cut while I waited and I was happy with the prompt service till I got home and found none of them worked. When I returned to the shop they were replaced without any question with the explanation that the first set had been cut too low. So the service was good but the finished product was questionable.
