Such lovely helpful staff, I recently had a super king quilt cleaned, smelt lovely after, then I needed velvet curtains doing, I explained it was more about getting creases out, this can't be guaranteed, but the nice assistant said she would really try and steam them. Just got them back, perfect! Thanks so much!
I came to pick up some dry cleaning from Timpson inside Morrisons at Winter Gardens today from work ( I finish at 5.30) I was there between 5.40-5.45 the notice said 6pm. the The girl had closed the shop up and decided to go early according to Morrisons staff. I won’t be using Timpson again. If I decided to act like that at work I’d be sacked. How are working people supposed to pick up dry cleaning? It clearly is not open until 6pm is it! Terrible customer service. No stars
Had 2 zips fixed by Jo, at the Southport Morrisons, wonderful lady who went out of her way for me, and then wouldn't charge! A massive thank you Jo!!
Have been going there 15 years. All that time the staff and prices were excellent. Unfortunately it is now a little expensive but I still cannot fault the lovely ladies working there Thank you Marie
Charged me a fortune to clean a sheepskin jacket which came back looking exactly the same. All the little marks still there, all the discolouration. I'm so angry and I'm going to demand my money back. Rip-off merchants.
