Arrived in Cardiff Saturday just gone for the rugby and my trainers had a hole in them, a friend popped in and Eric the manager their was so kind and fixed it quickly and didn’t take anything for it. A quick and kind gesture from a lovely man. Recommend this location 100%
Excellent service putting a new battery in my watch. Paid just £4 extra for a lifetime guarantee battery and the battery was inserted and the watch pressure tested in less than 5 minutes. Very professional service
I purchased a watch that was too big on my wrist so I took it to Timpsons. The guy behind the counter was very polite, friendly and helpful. He removed the extra links while I waited and in under 5 minutes I had a watch that fit my wrist perfectly. I would definitely come again if I need any of their provided services

I went to three independent local watch repair shops and was very disappointed with inflated prices and poor customer service. So finally I popped into Timpson's, which I initially thought was just a shoe repair shop.
