I enjoyed such a good feel experience at Tim Hortons in Cardiff. The staff were super friendly and easygoing. A problem with my order happened but handled very well and uncomplicated. The food was clearly made with care. The breakfast looks amazing and tasts like it. I was traveling and really appreciated how smooth and kind the whole solution was. If I’m ever back in Cardiff, I’ll definitely come again. A big thank you to the team!

Eric’s great! Very efficient and friendly. Can deal with numerous customers at once! Had issues getting my phone traded in at the Timpsons at Tesco at Excelsior Rd as they said they don’t do Music Magpie. Came here and Eric sorted me out!

I had a pair of rayban sunglasses that had an arm that was off on the right, I had a really helpful man called Lewis that was able to attach it back on with glue, he insisted I didn’t need to pay and I was very grateful as I didn’t have these sunglasses for long. Thank you so much, such a friendly experience any time I’ve gone to this one!

Other shops told me up to eight weeks at twice the price. He also replaced the battery in my diving watch with an... read more

I came into the store as I had a problem with one of my shoes that the heel had come adrift, the feller behind the couter was so helpful he fixed he reglued the fault and didn't want payment. Many thanks!
