I enjoyed such a good feel experience at Tim Hortons in Cardiff. The staff were super friendly and easygoing. A problem with my order happened but handled very well and uncomplicated. The food was clearly made with care. The breakfast looks amazing and tasts like it. I was traveling and really appreciated how smooth and kind the whole solution was. If I’m ever back in Cardiff, I’ll definitely come again. A big thank you to the team!

I had a pair of rayban sunglasses that had an arm that was off on the right, I had a really helpful man called Lewis that was able to attach it back on with glue, he insisted I didn’t need to pay and I was very grateful as I didn’t have these sunglasses for long. Thank you so much, such a friendly experience any time I’ve gone to this one!

I went to three independent local watch repair shops and was very disappointed with inflated prices and poor customer service. So finally I popped into Timpson's, which I initially thought was just a shoe repair shop. How refreshing to find a comfortable place to sit (I am disabled) and excellent customer service: a guarantee to have my expensive Swiss watch repaired within a couple of days at a reasonable price. I came into the store as I had a problem with one of my shoes that the heel had come adrift, the feller behind the couter was so helpful he fixed he reglued the fault and didn't want payment. Many thanks!
