I went to three independent local watch repair shops and was very disappointed with inflated prices and poor customer service. So finally I popped into Timpson's, which I initially thought was just a shoe repair shop. How refreshing to find a comfortable place to sit (I am disabled) and excellent customer service: a guarantee to have my expensive Swiss watch repaired within a couple of days at a reasonable price. I came into the store as I had a problem with one of my shoes that the heel had come adrift, the feller behind the couter was so helpful he fixed he reglued the fault and didn't want payment. Many thanks!

Arrived in Cardiff Saturday just gone for the rugby and my trainers had a hole in them, a friend popped in and Eric the manager their was so kind and fixed it quickly and didn’t take anything for it. A quick and kind gesture from a lovely man. Recommend this location 100%

Quick and friendly service. I've been using them for years; replacement keys, shoe repairs and engraving etc. In my latest visit I was served immediately and had both heels replaced on my Hush Puppies. More than happy with the service and conversation with the chap who's been working there over 38 years! Highly recommend, 10/10.
