One of our pieces of soft luggage was damaged through rough handling near a handle that made a repair very awkward. This bag is a perfect size but is no longer available. A repair was therefore the only way to go. Our bag is now fixed and is as strong as it was when it was new.
Arrived at midday and asked for 2 keys, the key cutter (i think his name was Mark) advised that I'd get a 3rd free. I was told 5 to 10 minutes. I left got a coffee and when I came back my keys were ready. The Timpsons worker was really friendly, talkative and seemed really interested in my day. I already think Timpsons is a good company but people like I met today only confirm that. To confirm midday on March 20. Thanks Timpsons, great service and friendly to boot.

His prices depend on how much he thinks you'll pay. It would be cheaper to go anywhere else for the sane services a lot cheaper. Heard stories of friends about his prices for the same thing vsrying wildly. Has a bit of an attitude also. Laughed and walked out at what he wanted for a car key fob. Got it significantly cheaper else where.
We stopped in this morning for a repair on my daughters party shoes (the party was today). The owner fixed them promptly and then didn’t even charge as it was her birthday! Lovely guy, quality service. Thanks so much.
