Wayne was absolutely excellent! Helped with the process of selling my phone through another company. His professionalism and honesty servicing another customers watch was great to see. Will definitely be back for anything key, watch related etc. Wayne is a credit to Timpsons.
Had a lifetime guarantee for my car key. Haven’t changed my car but the vile man at the desk refused to change my battery as he said it covers one fob. I have no idea where the other fob is yet I have the same car so I had to pay again. He was rude & took great pleasure in being vile. So I now have 2 x lifetime guarantees for the same car. Make it make sense. Vile.

Happy with the service provided. The man (I forgot his name) that assisted me with resizing the bracelet of my watch was professional and helpful. Just from looking at the bracelet, he accurately estimated the number of links to remove to make the watch fit nicely. All done quickly and efficiently. The friendly joking attitude of the man was a great comfort while preparing of my first automatic watch for use. Will happily return for other services in the future.
