I used to have the most incredible service from Lunar, who recently moved on. I know put all my business (over £800 last year) through Mark, who is also exceptional and totally trusted. Mark who I see in the Penarth store , very kind and respectful, he’s always smiling and brightening people’s days. Wish he was there more often. No one makes the customers happier than mark does, surprised he hasn’t taken the PENARTH shop on full time.
Very helpful and polite staff, I was impressed with his knowledge and a very thorough explanation of the tasks he was providing
I visited Mark (Del Boy Jnr) at the Penarth Timpsons today. It was my second visit to him within a week. On both occasions Mark was so courteous, friendly, and very technically professional. His customer service is second to none. I have the good fortune to need his services once more, and I shall look forward to him helping me once again. Mark is an exceptional employee. Thank you Mark.
