£25 for a key cutting service. The key bent in the lock after one month from the purchase. I went first to your branch in Cardiff Bay Morrison and the lady at the service desk just told me she couldn't do anything because the key was cut in another branch. When I asked for a refund she refused. She really couldn't be bothered and perhaps she should improve her customer service skills or detach her shop from the Timpson brand.
