Broken watch in one hand and infant in the other. I thought my watch wearing days were over; luckily Akeel (who was working that day) helped me by fixing my watch, sharing humourous jokes and providing many solutions in the event he couldn't fix the watch.... but he fixed the watch. I will carry on wearing my lucky watch Very affordable, very punctual and a great example of customer service. I was sceptical initially but will definitely be using Timpsons moving forward

Dropped off a pair of boots and gave my telephone number so that they could call me when they were ready to pick up the following day. Returned the following afternoon and they were sitting on the bench, no phone call at all, an odd way of doing business. Then when I get them home the heels haven’t even been trimmed properly as the picture shows. Just disappointed really, a little attention to detail would have gone a long way.

For the purposes of balance, it's also important to give praise where it's due. I just had Stephen change the battery in my watch. I have a lifetime guarantee for the watch, but he didn't even ask me to produce it. Just took my word for it! And he did the battery change very quickly too.

Poor service at Tipson in South Ruislip I was there Wednesday and the lady She was so rude And lazy she said I can't change your Car key battery here You should go to the retail, When I go to another timpson, they did it! lazy lazy

Time is 15:23 and no one is here to serve customers. Myself and quiet a few customers had to leave unserved. Sign on door says they’ll be back at 14:20!
