I can't thank Jamie enough for his kindness and generosity! When the strap on my handbag broke, Jamie not only offered to take a look but went ahead and fixed it completely free of charge. The repair was done so neatly—you’d never know it was ever broken. It’s rare to come across someone so genuine and helpful these days. Thank you, Jamie, for going above and beyond!

Scott’s tone and attitude was rude and unhelpful. Scott said he couldn’t fix the watch because the back was damaged, I asked if it’s possible to order the back of a watch and he said he had no idea and laughed rather than trying to help us. Many things were extremely unprofessional in this short 5 minute interaction. Extremely disappointed.

My both encounters here was totally rude. The fella was arrogant and unprofessional. Then my suit carrier went missing on pickup. I went back to ask for it and my shoulder-padded hangers. The hangers were "binned," and I was given cheap plastic ones. Don't bother. Go somewhere else.

Great service. I popped in for a key fob duplicate, went in to ASDA for shopping and a few minutes later my fob was ready to collect.

Recent reviews here seem negative. My experience was positive. I went to get a spare set of keys cut today, and Jamie was as friendly as he was fast. I got the new keys within a few minutes, went home and tested them. One of the three didn't work - quick walk back, and I'm off again with a new copy of that key within two minutes of returning. It works! All is good. Thanks, Jamie :)
