I had very helpful and friendly service in the shop today. I will use it again.
The place is terrible, I took my shoes twice and was told twice that they were beyond repair, I took them somewhere else and they had them done the next day, I went to replace the batteries in my watch, but nothing happened, the specialist didn't have the right tool to open the watch, the goldsmith next door did it for me on the spot for £5,avoid this place
Fabulous young man said might not be able to mend my mother’s shoe but would try. Returned and they were resolved and he wavered the cost as he said it was minimal and just pleased that a 90+ had her shoes mended! Top class
This bloke isn't a locksmith. Charged me £9.00 for a basic 3 lever mortice key. I had to grind most of it myself, nothing about it fitted in the lock. Could of bought 3 of these for £10.00 down south. Would liked to of posted a picture of key. Con merchant.
In to ask about shoe repairs ended up asking about watch batteries too and THEN had some keys cut@ Fantastic knowledgeable and polite service
