Got my watch battery replaced today + a key cut. Lewis or Louis (sorry I can’t remember exactly!) gave amazing service + a nice chit chat. Lovely guy. All the best mate.

I took my watch in to Timpsons at Lakeside Tesco for a new battery. They quoted me £94.50, which is ridiculous (I had a similar experience at the Watch Doctor). So I took my watch to my independent jewellers in Stanford-le-Hope, and he only charged me £9 and checked the seals as well. Sorry Timpsons, but you a ripping people off. To other customers - try your local jewellers first!
