Absolutely smashed it! A warm welcome, great advice and timely repair of my shoes.Jack genuinely cared to make sure everything was perfect - a credit to Timpsons. It was so good, I returned the next day and received the same awesome service!

I visited Timpsons in Hendon. I just want to express how amazing the customer service was. Francis was amazing from start to finish. Very helpful on the phone and always followed up and sent emails to remind me of times and when the keys arrived. Really made me feel valued as a customer. Francis is a great team member of Timpson’s and was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again !
