I recently visited with a friend who wanted a car battery replacement, and we were both very impressed with the service we received. Hayley assisted us and was incredibly friendly, courteous, and professional throughout. If there was a minus star I would have given it. Just walked in the assistant was on their phone. I apologised for disturbing him and asked if he could reheel my boots. He asked me for when, I said today only to be told he didn't do same day and it would be Monday! There was definitely no work waiting to be done. I was told to try Morristons or Sainsburys. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of service.
Took my brand new watch in to have 2 links removed, I clearly disturbed the lady while she was phone scrolling. Her attitude was rubbish as was the appalling treatment of of watch! She hadn't put a pin in properly and had to do it again, this time I witnessed her smash smash on the steel strap. I asked her to go easy as it was brand new, she told me that's how she was taught. £14.95 to remove a link on a watch strap for 3 minutes work and a bad attitude. Blatant profiteering...... GIVE THIS KIOSK A WIDE BERTH....... Far Far better service and price at the little shop on moor lane by the launderette.
Rang here today to enquire about getting some shoes re-healed. It took absolutely forever for someone to answer the phone, and when he did, his manner was so rude. I asked about a pair of shoes being re-healed and he quoted me '£20 upwards', so I went to the lovely shop on Moor Lane and got them done for half that price, absolute rip off
