Timsons in the Bridge Centre Fratton were extremely helpful and knowledgable. Amie the sales assistant replaced my car key battery and advised on prices for a new key. Very impressed and reasonably priced

I don't normally leave good reviews but I had a very pleasant experience with Trevor, who was very kind, informative and professional. The overall service was very fast, satisfactory and very reasonably priced. 10/10 will definitely return in future. Thank you Trevor

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I arrived within 40 minutes of closing time and was told he had to tidy up the shop which meant he had no time to change the battery in my watch. I fail to see how if you are still open, why you can't serve someone. Surely cleaning down should be worked in to a shift when you are closed. He didn't apologise for the inconvenience and used an aggressive tone as if I was interrupting him.
