Absolutely disgusting customer service. I arrived within 40 minutes of closing time and was told he had to tidy up the shop which meant he had no time to change the battery in my watch. I fail to see how if you are still open, why you can't serve someone. Surely cleaning down should be worked in to a shift when you are closed. He didn't apologise for the inconvenience and used an aggressive tone as if I was interrupting him.

Amie at Portsmouth Asda is amazing! My new car key fob is really badly designed and would not fit my key chain. She manufactured a brilliant work around using available kit, trying different options until she got it sorted. Thank you!

The man at the till was incredibly rude & dismissive. He tutted when I asked to copy a key, even though there was half an hour until the shop closed. His tone was aggressive & made me feel like I was scum. I will not be returning to Timpsons. Disgusting customer service.
