I have been a customer for over 20 years I know David there and was really helpful Timpson in Harrow has been very helpful every time we had our watches batteries changed. We also have Timpson Lifetime guarantee cards and the replacement batteries are free. Sunday the 4th of May I went in and noticed a new salesman, apparently from the black community. I was waiting to be served but he ignored me there standing as he was continuously chatting to another black guy and he was holding a watch and telling the guy about the price... read more
I went to the store in Harrow on the Hll, to get some advice on cleaning my leather trainers with a white rubber sole. Savieon was incredibly knowledgeable and full of wonderful tips and tricks. He was polite, courteous and a great ambassador for Timpsons. Keep it up.
Excellent service. Staff cut me a better key for free after the automatic key-cutting machine in Morrisons cut a key that didn’t work. And the manager is always friendly, helpful, kind and polite.
The customer service in Timpson shop on St Ann’s Harrow was extremely efficient and helpful. My boots have been heeled and look like new. The recommended rubber heel ensures a very comfortable tread too.
