I couldn’t have left my favorite shoes in better hands; they haven’t looked nicer since the day I bought them! The guys at this location were so welcoming and accommodating. They were also very quick and transformed my shoes for a super reasonable price :) Thank you so much!
I'm so disappointed. I took my boots to be heeled and the sole at the nose was tinily coming off, so I asked the guy to put a bit of glue if he can. When I went for my boots the nose looked really bad. Glue all over and the material of the boots was damaged.. I didn't have to pay in the end but I have to threw away my favourite boots. I went out in them on a rainy day and the front of the boots peeled off from the sole resulting my whole socks were soaking wet. I have been a customer for over 20 years I know David there and was really helpful Timpson in Harrow has been very helpful every time we had our watches batteries changed. We also have Timpson Lifetime guarantee cards and the replacement batteries are free. Sunday the 4th of May I went in and noticed a new salesman, apparently from the black community. I was waiting to be served but he ignored me there standing as he was continuously chatting to another black guy and he was holding a watch and telling the guy about the price... read more
I went to the store in Harrow on the Hll, to get some advice on cleaning my leather trainers with a white rubber sole. Savieon was incredibly knowledgeable and full of wonderful tips and tricks. He was polite, courteous and a great ambassador for Timpsons. Keep it up.
The customer service in Timpson shop on St Ann’s Harrow was extremely efficient and helpful. My boots have been heeled and look like new. The recommended rubber heel ensures a very comfortable tread too.
