I have been a customer for over 20 years I know David there and was really helpful Timpson in Harrow has been very helpful every time we had our watches batteries changed. We also have Timpson Lifetime guarantee cards and the replacement batteries are free. Sunday the 4th of May I went in and noticed a new salesman, apparently from the black community. I was waiting to be served but he ignored me there standing as he was continuously chatting to another black guy and he was holding a watch and telling the guy about the price... read more
I went into Timpson Harrow to ask about getting my belt mended today was met by a very polite member of staff. Who said that he could fix my belt and come back in a couple of hours. On my return the same member of staff was serving some else and was as polite to her as he had been to me. As promised my belt was fix and as good as new. Thank you Saiveon you are credit to your company it was so nice to hear such politeness from a young man. As I left i ask for Saiveon for his name he also said that he was the new Manager.
Absolutely useless. They kept my watch for over a month which was very inconvenient. When the watch was retuned the problem hadn't been fixed. I'll take it to somewhere else. This shop can't be trusted - best avoided.
Timpson is a reputable brand known for machine key cutting. However, my experience at the Harrow town centre branch was extremely poor. The salesman dishonestly took my data that was breached the GDPR rules. In early March, I returned to the shop with video evidence showing the key cutting from the previous night had failed, along with a valid receipt. Please done use this shop the owner is a thief and a fraud . He sold me a life time watch battery and after 2 years he is refusing me change the battery . I have the receipt and thomoson card but he still refused to change the batters . Day light robbery please avoid using him its a scam . I am going to report him to the council and trading standards
