I went to the store in Harrow on the Hll, to get some advice on cleaning my leather trainers with a white rubber sole. Savieon was incredibly knowledgeable and full of wonderful tips and tricks. He was polite, courteous and a great ambassador for Timpsons. Keep it up.
I have been a customer for over 20 years I know David there and was really helpful Timpson in Harrow has been very helpful every time we had our watches batteries changed. We also have Timpson Lifetime guarantee cards and the replacement batteries are free. Sunday the 4th of May I went in and noticed a new salesman, apparently from the black community. Excellent service. Staff cut me a better key for free after the automatic key-cutting machine in Morrisons cut a key that didn’t work. And the manager is always friendly, helpful, kind and polite.
This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Timpson Harrow charged me £58 for key copies that didn’t work even after going back three times! On top of that, they broke my original key and left me locked outside my flat. I was treated terribly and got no support from customer service. I’m absolutely disgusted — don’t ever trust them with your keys!
I went into Timpson Harrow to ask about getting my belt mended today was met by a very polite member of staff. Who said that he could fix my belt and come back in a couple of hours. On my return the same member of staff was serving some else and was as polite to her as he had been to me. As promised my belt was fix and as good as new. Thank you Saiveon you are credit to your company it was so nice to hear such politeness from a young man. As I left i ask for Saiveon for his name he also said that he was the new Manager.
