Amazing service and care from Steve and Ray on some watch repairs for new straps, as well as battery changes. Guys managed to fit an awesome new leather strap on my original armani and looks perfect. Leo was also very helping refitting the pin back in to keep another watch to keep strap staying on. Defo coming back as supportive and great service. Thanks gents!
Very good service. The watchmaker is friendly, helpful, honest, and pays attention to detail. He gave me a discount because the job wasn’t as perfect as he would have liked. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend, and I will definitely come back if I need anything fixed. 10 out of 10!
Timpsons are brilliant and very efficient compared to other so-called similar operations. For all my drycleaning needs, a monthly budget of £55 is a sweet spot. I get my delicate smart clothes looking clean and sharp as brand new. All the staff at the East Croydon branch are exceptionally good at what they do and a class act of gentlemen. Their customer service is above & beyond. For example, Steve & his team at East Croydon deserve a mention, even a spot in a novel or a movie etc. Keep up the excellent work #Timpson
Great guy! I just came back from holiday and my lock on my suitcase broke from the inside . I called up to ask if they could assist and they politely obliged. Free of charge and speedy. Can’t thank him enough honestly. So here’s the next best thing. A 5 star review
Just popped to get boots repaired urgently at East Croydon branch. We received fabulous service from Ray who repaired them super quickly. He was also funny and courteous. Taylor was also there and was smiley and friendly. Well done guys 😊
