Timpson, East Croydon station, is excellent. I have used their services on numerous occasions for key cutting and re-heeling. I made the mistake of taking my favourite pair of boots to a different cobblers near my home. My boots were butchered and thought that they were beyond repair. I took them to Timpsons in East Croydon and Steve has truly worked his magic on them and pretty much restored them to their former glory! Thank you so much, Steve. Amazing workmanship. Highly recommend.

I went for a battery replacement. It was slightly expensive but worth it I think because a)they knew what they were doing (I went to another place before but they weren't sure they could replace the battery properly, but we're willing to give it a try if I took the responsibility 🙄) and b)the battery has a lifetime warranty meaning anytime it stops working, I go back and they replace it. So overall, good experience. And they were done in 5 minutes, so, efficient as well.
Sam fixed the eyes on my walking boots at the Croydon station branch. He was very friendly and didn’t charge me as he said it only required glue! Timpsons always do a good job
