Went in for some keys and ended up getting my shoes repaired as well. I don’t usually write reviews but had to make an exception because Adam, the gentleman who works there went above and beyond. Highly recommend timpsons on bank st Wrexham the service is great!

Took a trophy in for engraving and was due to collect Thursday. School decided they needed it on the Tuesday- called Timpsons and despite it being a rush and the machine being broken, they got the trophy done! Excellent customer service and engraving, thank you!
I swore I'd never use Timpson again after the shocking service at the Broughton branch. However I still needed keys cut and my son suggested the Wrexham shop. What a difference!! The gentleman greeted me with a smile and although my order was complicated he was cheerful and only too pleased to help. The keys were cut straight away and what's more they all worked - unlike the ones from the other shop. He was a real asset to the company and I would have no hesitation in recommending this shop.
Opening hours shown as 8.30 opening on Thursday. I drove over 25 miles to drop off some shoes for new heels to find shop was shut and still shut at 9pm despite waiting. I couldn't wait any longer. Had to drive home.
