I visited Timpsons today to have my medal engraved. Nick was incredibly helpful and took his time to ensure my medal was engraved perfectly, he showed me several different fonts and matched it with one I have had engraved previously at another Timpson branch. Nick involved me in the process from start to finish and let me see the demo before my medal was engraved. I only went here once and whoever was working was using verbal abuse while he was looking for something on the floor behind the counter and when he stood up, he didn't apologise for his language, it was though he could not care at all that I was waiting and when he stood up, he really should have apologised firstly for his verbal abuse and maybe said I didn't realise you were there. Manners cost nothing so I wouldn't recommend timpsons by sainburys at bentley bridge.

I had six keys cut. I had wanted eight but was quoted approximately £54!!! Opted for the six at £30 something. Got them home, none of them work. I'll have to take more time out of my day tomorrow to get them sorted.

Stole a £1000 pair of trousers, offered about £200 compensation and then only after weeks and weeks of trying to get it sorted, the office staff treated me like an inconvenience throughout. The staff at the kiosk are all lovely and really helpful but obviously I won't ever be going back after this experience.

I needed a key cut so thought I'd try Timpson's. Having just got a key cut in a few weeks before in Australia for $3.97 (approx £2), I thought I may have to pay a little bit more, but I was shocked by the price they quoted. The blanks cost nearly nothing so why the excessive cost. Went somewhere else.
