Visited Crewe Lloyds Bank on Monday morning, don't normally use Timpsons ..after shocking unhelpful customer service from both the Nantwich store .. and Sainsbury's.. walking past the Timpsons Crewe the gentleman working there was cleaning the front of the shop .. he engaged in conversation.. with a smile.. I enquired about a few keys I needed cutting .. I left the keys returning 20 minutes later to find the order completed at a fabulous price ✅. Card payment ✅ receipt ✅well done Jordan.. please move this guy to Nantwich ✅
Jordan was professional, approachable and efficient. Restored and polished my shoes, reviving them from the dead all within 4 hours while also serving customers. Top guy.

I visited yesterday and received amazing customer service. The sales advisor was cheerful, helpful and fixed my daughter’s shoe beautifully. I was so greatful of professional care and service. Thanks will definitely be back and would 100% recommend.
I needed 2 car keys repairing and the man that served me quickly fixed one, while the other key was a bit more difficult, he told me they don't stock the housing it needed, however, he found an ebay seller that did and instructed me what I needed to do next. Excellent service.
