Went to Timpson in the brunel centre, town centre Swindon today. And was greeted by a very polite and a greetful gentleman. He said he was the store manager and he went under the name Blake. Blake was very professional and he certainly knows his wrist watches.

I have been to this store plenty of times and often been served by a guy called Blake who provides excellent customer service, friendly and knows what he is doing. However yesterday I got another copy of a key of which I shouldn't of had to do as another store of which I won't name and shame messed up and it woudlnt work however the one Blake done is perfect and works..... will be using this store again. Thank you

We went to asda to get 2 sets of keys cut which cost £27.00 however when we got home they didn’t work. We went into Brunel and ask if they could redo the keys. He then got straight to it and made the new keys fast and even better worked when we got home. I can’t remember the man’s named that served us however he was very friendly approachable and didn’t charge us definitely would come here again

I came to Timpson and the guy working there named Blake was excellent he was happy to help very positive and very quick worker. 5 out of 5 starts for service

Back in November 2023, I had my keys cut at a different Timpson, and they didn't work. So I went to the Timpson in the Brunel and gave them the keys and receipt. With no questions, he cut me new keys which work perfectly. Thank you. ☺️
