I had a truly awful experience at the Timpson’s dry cleaning counter inside Morrisons Northfleet. I went in to have a suit cleaned urgently for a funeral of a loved one, and the employee on duty was not only unhelpful but incredibly rude. Instead of showing any understanding or empathy, they flat-out refused to clean the suit and spoke to me in a cold and dismissive manner. Took a Car key from a 1990s Toyota this morning, the man serving although fairly polite had no interest in cutting the key, Said they don’t stock that key and it’s not a key they can get hold of, I didn’t feel like my custom was wanted although the sign behind the counter says “Car keys, Any make, any model” CLEARLY NOT!.

Very useful, they do not only repair shoes, they also repair watches and change batterys. They also cut keys ,and make dog tags.

Paula and Kath are so helpful and friendly. A very personal and friendly service. Often take time to have a chat and show interest. How was your holiday etc. quality of cleaning is spot on and a quick turnaround too. Highly recommended. Always a pleasure. Five stars and I would give more if I could!!
